Added the ability to perform mass re-assignments of clients and policies from one employee to another. The employees must be within the same branch for re-assignment. To access the Re-Assignment function, click ORGANIZATION > branches > branch details > employees > employee details > Re-Assign.

In this video, learn how employee reassignment has been enhanced. Reassignment choices are:

On the client claims tab, functionality has also been included for searching by claimant first and last names and the Claimant icon as been added for reference to the list of claimants. Also added a link for easy access to forms from claim detail, added date closed / posted and adjustor email address. This video shows the changes made to both Home > Claims, Client > Claims, how the posted and closed dates work as well as quick access to the claim form from the claim detail screen.

Expanded schedule summary views to include additional information such as comp and collision deductibles, Cost New, City, State on the vehicle schedule. Additionally, when adding producer information to a line of business application, the producer information from the Base Form ACORD 125 & 325 is available by clicking Lookup.
